So Sore!

I did 3 workouts for day 25.  Why?  Because, obviously, I'm crazy.  I did Shaun T's Upper Body Strength Training, Cardio Recover, and last Turbo Fire Abs 10.  David rides his bike to work most days, and it gives him an extra 30 minutes of workout a day.  So naturally i wanted to work out at least as much as him.  So i did the Upper Body Strength Training on my own, which was killer on my arms, and pecks.  Our workout for the day was Cardio Recovery, and then we decided to do Turbo Fire Abs 10 together after.  Cardio Recovery killed my legs, and Abs 10 killed my abs, literally almost went to burnout.  David and i were laughing after both workouts because we were hurting so good.  Its so much fun doing this with him, I wouldn't do it any other way.

For those of you curious how the green drink went yesterday, it went...not so good, for me.  It definitely wont be a drink i will share with you, without some further tweaking.  I may or may not have gagged.  Just saying.  But David didnt mind it.  He said it was better more watered down and actually took it to work today for lunch, again.  So it might have just been me and my huge aversion to raw celery.  But food posts are coming soon.

I know I'm not the only one who is in it to win it, so let me know what work outs you are doing, what you are struggling. We are doing this together.

Day 25:

    1. Girl! You are awesome! I know you can do anything, and that nothing can get in your way. (I've always been jealous of how determined you are, even in high school... *shhh thats a secret though). You are killin' it!
