This is a huge problem. I crave sugar. I definitely have been eating way too many this weekend. I was craving A doughnut, just One. So of course we go to get One, and there are no doughnut shops open. We ended up at a grocery store buying a dozen of chocolate chocolate, Dunford Donuts. Then we saw mini cookies for a dollar, and got those. Then
satan my husband, decides to grab our most favorite ice cream. Of course as soon as i saw the ice cream i went to the dark side as well. We did end up sharing these treats with my parents (its our anniversary, so they have been watching our kids).
I really have to get this under control, its better than before, but i cant afford to undo all of my hard work. I am not perfect, but I am still working out hard, I am allowed to slip every once in a while though, right? I think so. This is the difference between my diet, and me being on a diet. There is always room for improvement.
