ABOUT

I have a passion for fitness.  I cannot explain how much getting into fitness has changed my life.

My fitness business allows me to help my family.  My kids and my husband are my WHY.  They are what drive me every day.  My husband does an amazing job of taking care of us.  He is going to medical school right now, and I couldn't be more proud of him.  My kids are intelligent, crazy, and fun loving.  I would not trade them for the world.

I want to give them everything.  I want them to see that life is what you make of it, not what you accept it has to be.  With hard work anything is possible.

I have been doing Beachbody programs for 4 years now.  4 years ago my husband bought me Turbo Fire, still my favorite program.  He bought it for me to get back in shape after having my daughter.  I loved the program, but I didn't have any accountability- I NEED accountability.  So I quit.  I kept trying and kept quitting.  Over 4 years, and now 3 kids, I cant even count how many times I've started a program and quit.

I wanted to drink Shakeology so badly too.  Ever since my husband and I got married we have been monetarily challenged.  We both were going to school full time, taking care of our kids, and trying to balance jobs.  That doesn't leave a whole lot of time to make the big bucks.  So with our little family we were scraping by.  I finally decided a year ago that I wanted to make it happen.  But it is expensive.  So we decided to give something up, and that was our evening desserts.  Every night after the kids went to bed David and I would eat ice cream, or a cupcake, or some sort of sweet treat.  We decided that had to go.  We had to save money for Shakeology.  I still drink it every day.  To this day, we budget for Shakeology, it is something that I am not willing to give up.  I think it is worth our money and effort.

I am Lauren.  I am an introvert.  I have insecurities, and I have battled depression (which I have been medicated for, but am not currently because I am nursing).  I use fitness to help me stay positive, and stay motivated.  I love my family, and I am willing to work through anything.
