Aside from the soreness i started feeling better about working out. I just had to rethink my motivations, and talk them out with my ever loving and supportive husband, and now my head is back in the game. I actually enjoyed the grueling workout today. It kind of reminded me of my high school days on the swim team. Those days when i would forget about having fun with others on the team and just focus on the workout and how good it felt to float through the water pushing myself as fast as i could go. I think that swimming is my soul mate workout, we just have to be on hiatus until life allows me either A. get to the gym consistently to swim, or B. get a swim-spa. At this point in time neither are plausible. Working out at home is the easiest and most consistent way to workout, and i dont think a swim spa would fit on my apartment balcony. Unless someone would like to sponsor my family, you know, buy us a house and then get us a swim spa. I would be your
friend, slave FOREVER. But seriously, i totally want one of those things.
Day 12:
Anyone else workout/sleep in mens boxers? No? You should, they are super comfy. And no these aren't my husbands, these were bought specifically for sleeping and working out. No gross sharing here. This particular pair i have been wearing since i was in high school i think...?
Dont judge, I'm awesome.
You are awesome! It's true!
