Today i was just feeling like i wanted an extra workout. Anyone else feel that way? David, my husband, and i usually workout together since we are doing the same program, and we usually do it after he gets home from work. Earlier in the day, however, i was feeling good, and I wanted to do a workout by myself before he got home. I didnt end up doing it, though, because there is a lot to get done today, but i really wanted to. Although, by the time we worked out i had hardly eaten anything all day, and i had a headache and my mind just wasnt in it anymore. My kids are so demanding sometimes i just forget to eat, and today was one of those days. Funny how i went from wanting to do an extra workout to hardly wanting to workout at all. Well we got it done and i feel better now that its over. We also ate steak with some salad afterward. So good! Love me some food! I especially love it when its quick to make, healthy, and pretty looking (colorful food always tastes better).
