Day 5 : Pure Cardio
I call it pure sweaty gross, with soreness on the side. I do love the feeling of being sore though, something i have missed a lot.
I have to admit i dont feel like such a "mean mommy" anymore. I know its only been 5 days of intense workouts but i am already feeling happier, and more able to cope for example when my daughter gets in her mini pool with all her clothes on and then starts giggling and telling me she went potty, while the little boy is crying 'cuz he is hungry. Its no big deal; being a stay at home mom totally rocks!
Just gotta keep improving and looking for the good in life. Once I stopped feeling like a victim, and got my butt in gear, life has started to be bright, and i look forward to the next day with my family. Love it. Love them. Love life.
